Andrea has garnered a vast multitude of experience from various industries. She is a respected subject matter expert for modern management and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile, having led more than 500 implementations in various areas from engineering, via logistics, manufacturing and IT to commercial. Over the past 10 years she has developed and executed several training programs and led global strategic roll-outs of Visual Management, including Kaizens, structured setup, training, governance models and support infrastructure. She is Lean Six Sigma trained and certified.
